AH 'SHER IT'S OK IT'S SATURDAY

Have you ever found yourself eating too much, drinking too much or even sitting too much only to hear yourself say, "ah sher it's ok its Saturday", or "its ok it's Christmas" or "it's ok it's my birthday" or "it's ok the sun is shining"... I've found myself using that sentence a lot lately.  I've been giving myslef any excuse possible to over indulge. Have you ever been working on your computer or laptop and found that it becomes annoyingly slow?  You think it’s because of a poor internet connection but you soon discover that it’s because you have too many tabs open. Well my brain has been doing this since before Christmas.  I’m totally distracted and I’m finding it so frustrating because I’m not able to focus on any single task at a time without my mind jumping to something else completely.  It’s so annoying and totally unproductive. I HAVE TOO MANY TABS OPEN IN MY BRAIN Can you relate to this? This brain fog led me to take a complete break from my phone, social media in particular, during the Christmas holidays.  This little break was pure heaven but enough is enough Bernie!!
